Stephen is one of the pioneers of multimedia journalism in the UK, having worked on early BBC multimedia projects in the 1990s, and produced video content for the launch of Freeserve, one of the UK’s first broadband services.
Today he takes on commissions as a “self shoot” video producer and video journalist, scripting, filming and editing material with broadcast production standards for a range of media outlets.
As a video journalist, Stephen is equally happy “fronting” his own video packages and programmes, or working as a producer with a client’s own on-screen talent or print journalists. For online video, please ask about our range of shoot and edit, or report, shoot and edit packages.
Using the latest 4K camera systems, his set up ranges from a backpack-portable kit for simple interviews and reports, to complete outfits for live streaming.
Stephen also operates a greenscreen and sound studio in South West London, and maintains a roster of professional camera operators and sound recordists for larger, more complex productions.
We can also produce podcasts and radio programming, for those who prefer the spoken word to the screen.
